Short version
- You can use Soon Danish without an account, and we don’t ask for your name, nationality or residence status.
- Your practice progress and language choice are stored only in your own browser. We never receive them.
- We use no cookies and no tracking or advertising tools.
- Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, briefly processes technical data such as your IP address so the website can be delivered and protected.
Who is responsible
The data controller is the operator of Soon Danish (see Contact below).
What we process and why

You can delete everything stored in your browser at any time by clearing the site data for soondanish.dk in your browser settings.
Processors and transfers
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Cloudflare may process data outside the EU. Transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the EU standard contractual clauses.
The fonts are served from our own website. We do not load anything from Google or other third parties.
Features that are not active yet
We plan to add payments (through Stripe) and reminder emails (through Brevo, only if you sign up). Neither is active yet. Before we introduce them, we will update this policy and tell you exactly what is collected.
How long we keep data
- Cloudflare’s technical logs are kept for a short period, as described in Cloudflare’s own policies.
- We keep emails for as long as needed to handle your request, and at most 2 years.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, and deletion of your personal data, and to object to our processing. Write to us at the address below. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), datatilsynet.dk.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. Larger changes will also be shown on the front page.
